On the 17th of January at 3 pm, the "Peace-church" welcomes people of as many different religious backgrounds as possible to celebrate our fellowship and the bond of commonality.

The purpose of World Religion Day is to promote understanding and dialogue between the followers of all religions, to call attention to the common foundation of their spiritual principles, and to emphasize that "Religion must be the cause of unity." This celebration provides for our need for sharing and the realization that religion can be an important source of inspiration and motivation for world peace and unity.

The program:

3.00 - 4.00 pm :
Verses and prayers from different Holy books: sung and recited, music and dance
Springing from the wealth of cultural expression, the program will attempt to achieve a wide portrayal, as a mirror of "unity in diversity".

4.00 - 5.30 pm:
Socializing with a warm afternoon drink.
