The Mayor and council has resolved to proclaim January 16, 2011 as World Religion day in Clarington Municipality. The Chair of the Regional Municipality of Durham and several Municipal Mayors and councillors will be in attendance.

The organizers expect this years' attendance to exceed the 370 last year.
